ITALIAN GLASS COURSE – GELATO!
Do you want to learn how to make your own gelato that beats anything you've ever tasted in the way of ice cream? We at Al Dente dare to say that we make the creamiest and smoothest ice cream in all of Stockholm !
Come and learn all our tricks to achieve just that soft, creamy texture that characterizes a real gelato . Then impress family and friends at home in your kitchen with this classic dessert with new flavors and a whole new twist.
Learn how to make the best gelato in Stockholm
What do you say about flavors such as intense cioccolato, creamy pistacchio, sweet-sour limone or why not acrit ice cream?
We share tips and tricks for a perfect and authentic Italian gelato and try to make sauces and accessories that lift the gelato to new heights.
For 20 years we have been making gelato on a daily basis both in our courses and with companies, we have released a gelato book and sell products for making ice cream at home in bulk.

How does the course work?
See you in Al Dente's kitchen on the specified date. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time! Then we familiarize ourselves with the kitchen and go through all the recipes. We start with 45 minutes of gelato theory and then the production of your own gelato begins! We make gelato for just over 1 hour and then we sit around our rustic dining table and enjoy your creations as well as a light buffet with snacks consisting of Al Dente delicacies.
Number of participants
The number of participants varies with the size of the kitchen, the groups usually consist of 6-14 participants.
Good to think about
- You download the course recipe digitally through a QR code that is given on arrival. We do not provide prescriptions in paper format.
- Please come 10 minutes before the start of the course, then there is time to wash your hands and powder your nose.
- Apron is available to borrow
- The course includes 45 minutes of gelato theory
Language
Our staff is from Italy and speaks English or Swedish. Ask at the time of booking for more information.

The course is suitable for anyone who is looking for a fun and educational activity. The course is at a basic level, contains theory and mostly includes practical manufacturing. The atmosphere in the kitchen is familiar and relaxed.
Our course leaders are skilled educators and it's easy to keep up. This gelato training course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to make their own gelato, regardless of whether you have an ice cream machine or not. The course is not suitable for people who want to learn how to make ice cream professionally, for commercial purposes or for sale. No prior knowledge or preparation is required.
Age limit
We have a 12-year-old limit on this course.
